NBFD assisted Forest Hills VFD with a residential structure fire this morning on Woodside Road.This morning 153 Engine and 207 Engine (North Braddock) were dispatched to the 200-Blk of Woodside Rd, Forest Hills for a residential fire alarm. 153 Engine arrived to find smoke showing from the 2nd floor and requested a full structure assignment. Crews entered and located a small fire that was quickly extinguished.

Without the early detection of the fire alarm system this incident could have been significantly worse.
